At one point McDonalds was a mom and pop burger spot that served food that was decent and affordable. Once the owners were offered funding to expand, they took it and ran with it. What happens when you incorporate a mom and pop operation is that the soul/passion of the idea gets lost in prepackaging for quick turnover. This is the problem with Hip Hop.
