i dont think its purely bad driving, it looks as if the throttle has stuck, or, he's just kept his foot on the gas and not let it off at all (which is bad driving!) because it seems as if the car is constantly accelerating without his control, hence why he at least tries to do a u turn to get the thing at least in the right direction and not oncoming traffic and fails because of the SUV's massive turning circle is not tight enough
