Hello Thanks for the comment and you are right it could have been but this place sits very far from the road and very far out in the country so there is very little chance that it was a car there is also quite some distance from one plantation to the next in this area.Thanks again
@KittyKazooTV u know a similar thing happend in galena where people thought a ghost was in the funeral home becasue they would see abright light passing thorugh the window but later it was discovered to be the headlight, but like he said they are too far away,but that is good observation though. I"m just glad you did so calmly instead of going yeah right that is a fake and stuff the way other people say it is you know?
The botom of the window is 6 feet off the ground in front of the house,that would mean the person running would have to be running in mid-air but i do appreciate the comment Thank you...
@hootie1111 yeah the 6 foot part would explain that it could be a ghost but I must admit it is a good observation after all they didn't know how high the window is and this could also prove it can't be the headlights of the car becasue of the first reason you mention the house being far away and also the fact that the window is too high for the headlights to be seen in the window like that. still they made good observations about that and they did so maturly instead of saying it is a fake.
O.K. 2 reasons its not fake #1 This was a Paranormal investigation and this portion is posted for the white shadow passing through the window and this is a very small portion of a 4 hour video.and its not a door its a window thats why its called Ghost in the window.Reason #2 its a paranormal Investigation and you do those in the dark most generally however not always.I hope this helped you to understand and Thanks for the comment...

Got invited to spend a long weekend there and do an investigation for the owners.The folks who owned it at the time have bought many old Plantation homes in virginia and re-furbished and restored them,sold them and moved on to the next.Its like a very expensive hobby.This particular place was partially designed By Thomas Jefferson.

am i the only one who seeing the shadow inside the house not just goin by the window? everyone keeps saying its someone outside... when she goes by the window rewind a few secs and look to the right side of the window you will see her walk by then walk across the window,... the window just makes it easier to see but she was there the whole time.

it is possible that it could be faked by someone going outside with a pole. and some sort of cloth dressing. i know it seems a bit much, but your camera view is terrible, counting that it only is looking at one window out of how many in the room? it just makes no sense, that's all.
-another question; are there any trees in the area? it could be a really swaying branch from winds outside.

That orb of light almost seems to be traveling towards the window. Then i noticed that whatever is in front of the windows manifests a little bit after the window pain. So it wasn't something running across, It pops in then swoops in front. very strange.
I see the orb of light go past the picture before the white figure goes by outside the window. I myself have always believed in ghosts. Even moreso since I recently saw the spirit of my Father's Mother hovering over my TV in my bedroom. She was right next to the box of art supplies that belonged to her.
It's a reflection, you can see the light first miove from the picture on the right then it continues to the glass of the window.

I think you should just leave a camera recording that area for one whole night and see if you capture anything else. Also, if it was storming, it could have been just a bolt of lighting. But then again.. I highly doubt that since there was no thunder afterwards... But anyway, nice find. :)

am i the only one who seeing the shadow inside the house not just goin by the window? everyone keeps saying its someone outside... when she goes by the window rewind a few secs and look to the right side of the window you will see her walk by then walk across the window,... the window just makes it easier to see but she was there the whole time.

I have a question: what time is it when this happened?
it is possible that it could be faked by someone going outside with a pole. and some sort of cloth dressing. i know it seems a bit much, but your camera view is terrible, counting that it only is looking at one window out of how many in the room? it just makes no sense, that's all.
-another question; are there any trees in the area? it could be a really swaying branch from winds outside.
-Also, are there any animals with that color of fur?

@zatnicatienth I agree it is very possible that it could be staged as there are many posted videos here that are just that,but as i have stated in the past i dont have the time it would take to stage or fake a video to post here.And i agree the camera angle is very bad this was one of our first paranormal cases and we drove from Ohio to Virginia just to do it and we were amateures at best.Also no trees close to the window and no traffic.I appreciate the input all comments are Welcome Thanks...

@frylock1991 Listen i dont expect anyone and i mean anyone to accept what i post as concrete evidence thats why i post raw video and accept all commentary.What i mean by fake a video is that i am not going to waste time having someone run by a window at a location and tell people its a Ghost that is just plain stupid.This sec tion of video is just that a small section that i found to be outside the norm of what was happening throughout the location nothing more nothing less.Thanks for the input.

@frylock1991 Hey i respect everyones opinion and no one needs to delete comments all are appreciated.The thing is when i posted this vid a few years ago we didnt have the equipment we have now and i got some pretty harsh comments and tried to return comments that could try to explain what you are seeing and why it looks the way it does but man you would have to go way back to see them.But listen i can take any critique, its all good and some people see things that i dont as well.Thanks

That orb of light almost seems to be traveling towards the window. Then i noticed that whatever is in front of the windows manifests a little bit after the window pain. So it wasn't something running across, It pops in then swoops in front. very strange.

I see the orb of light go past the picture before the white figure goes by outside the window. I myself have always believed in ghosts. Even moreso since I recently saw the spirit of my Father's Mother hovering over my TV in my bedroom. She was right next to the box of art supplies that belonged to her.
