Those are after market. My dad has original '69 Mach 1 wheels to go on it, but he's going to wait until the tires need replacing.

thaught so, Magnum 500's are only stock on 1969 and '70 Boss 302 and 429.

My pops had the exact same car, well except for the color, acapulco blue or aqua from what it looks like. They actually made less 390's than 428's.

Also noticed you got the shaker on there as well, that was only for the boss 302s and 428cj If I recall tho...

A lot of people think that, but you could get a shaker on 390's, or even 351's. It was an option like any other.

My dad has the build sheet to prove it.

I don't doubt it whatso ever. I'm really not up to speed on the 390-351 cars. Ours is the factory 428 and I know that it has the shaker. I just didn't know that the other engine combos could also get it as an option.

Thanks for the info and great looking car. They are for sure a helluva lot of fun to cruise in. I'd take our 69 Mach over our 03 Mach any day of the week lol.

the 390 was also more rare than a 428 cj. and this one with its shaker means its one of very few. i wish mine had it.

you gotta take into consideration that it was 18 years ago lol. prices have changed quite a bit.

is that a '73 truck in the beginning? i have one, it has a 390 in it probably couldn't take your mach 1 though haha.

The truck at the beginning is a '77 F100 Ranger. It originally had a 400 in it but right now it has a mildly built 390. It's a fun truck to drive, and it will haul, but man does it suck gas.

It's been 20 years now since he originally sold it so yeah, prices have definitely changed since then.

He also recently found his 1969 Mach 1 428 SCJ Drag pack on e bay that he restored. He sold it in '92 for $10,000 but he can't afford the $50,000 asking price right now.

The '69 Mach-1 is the best looking Mustang ever. The 390FE motor, is a rare option for these cars.

My My, I must say that is the best looking 1969 Mach 1- ever. Believe it or not my grandfather had one exactly like yours except his was special order with dark red interior, he had the SCJ, shaker, and exact color scheme of yours. PLEASE, take good care of her... Thanks for the vid.
