@Stephaniebobo these are called buttermilk pancakes. That is their function. If you want to use regular milk, I'd look up a regular pancake recipe. You can make up your own buttermilk bu7t as I stated in my description box, it did not make the pancakes taste the same.

I want to see the FOOD. Most of us do not have those pretty kitchens that are big enough to put a queen sized bed in, with two stoves and granite counters. ;)

OH so delish! I will have to make up a little batch of pancakes, just for myself, when my nephews were young and I was helping out at mky sister's, I used to make homemade pancakes for them, they loved it, I never used meaurijg cups or spoons i=I just figured it out as you go along haha, I like cooking like that just using what looks right give or take a teasoon or two, hv a good day!

Those were some beauts! Once you make homemade pancakes you just can't eat the box stuff. Btw have you used a product called dried buttermilk? Sasco is the brand name and usually in the baking isle. It is actually the dried cream of the buttermilk not the skim milk like in a carton and of course if you don't drink it not often on hand. The Sasco add great flavor but also really aids in making better baked bread,cake etc. I love it for pancakes. You get the fluff factor too.

I use to love Bisquick but now use Barefoot Contessa recipe or Truck Stop Pancake recipe, the texture is different meaning soooo much better. Do try the Sasco it comes in a little can about the size of a small can Crisco you won't be w/o it after. I use it in my homemade Cinnamon Buns and usually eat 3 before I can get out of the kitchen. LOL

noooo i know how butter milk is suposed to be !! But we buy all diary prodacts from a local store which is much more tasty than the one we buy from factories so its not completly out of butter there are some in there ... If u ever bought from a local store / farm you will know what i mean :D

@oxRACH333Lxo I made 3 pancakes and have enough for maybe 2-3 more. It is a small batch. The batch can be doubled... so make several double batches.

@justrick48 I used to appear at the end of each video and give my feedback but sometimes there are lots of idiots out there and I preferred not being seen for a while. I peek in occasionally and do other little videos now and then, just don't want to set up a camera and hope I'm in the shot and then reposition it for the food, etc. It already takes a bit of prep to get everything ready for filming vs. just cooking. Time + me = not a whole lot of it. Got a business to run & it's hoppin right now!
