  • good motor cycle for the time

I am a proprietor of the same motor cycle

I also ride on such motor cycle

I live in russia, in town of arkhangelsk

a motor cycle is intended for difficult roads

has a good twisting moment on low turnovers

  • I sell Dnepr of MT9

    year of issue 1973

    passed 13000 km

    write me

  • very cool! would you recomend it for regular driving.

  • Thanks for that. I had been using it to commute to work (26 miles daily) for a couple of years until a few months ago. I changed jobs and a company vehicle means that it doesn't get used so much now. It has never broken down although its age and design make constant "tweaking" a regular requirement. Very easy to work on. Most parts can be repaired/purchased or adapted to fit. 6 volt lighting is not up to modern night riding though.

  • cool bike and nice sound. Where did you buy your exhaust and does it have a special name?

  • The exhausts came with the bike. They are after market item and fit perfectly, leading me to believe that they are designed for the Dnepr. The are no markings but I have seen the same type for sale at MPC motorcycles in Leicershire, (a couple of years ago) They're not cheap though.

  • I just bought an MT-9 with a side car. Just have a few things to fix on it. Love it!
