Thank you for making and sharing this with us Basilnelson. It was made in very good taste about a beautiful and classy actress, Priscilla Lane. I have watched Priscilla in several movies and want to find more movies that she has starred in.
@basilnelson What a beautiful job. Wonderful photos and sensitively handled. I commend you. I always loved the Lane Sisters in films. I will tell you that the title of the song is 'Moonlight in Vermont' not midnight. The song was introduced by Margaret Whiting (daughter of songwriter, Richard Whiting) in 1944. Margaret Whiting was a great friend of my father's and he sang this song often and often in his club dates. I have just posted a song by her sister Rosemary written by my father.
Baz.. She seemed to be a cross between Miss Parker Miss Rogers Miss Garland and a few others.. Wholesome energetic and the ultimate girl next door type with spunk. Thanks for the posting
I recently saw Hitchcock's 1942 film 'Saboteur' and was mesmerized by Priscilla Lane. Don't know what it is, but I think she's just about the most beautiful woman I've ever seen.

I'd punch out Marty McFly to meet Priscilla
