What I can't understand is why the US Government would change their policy now. What change has there been that would cause that? I honestly don't know and don't want to jump to conclusions. U can check out the footnotes, visit the articles they reference, that'd back up the wiki entry. u can buy book "The Search for the Manchurian Candidate" that'd be another source, and there r utube uploads of hist channel shows which go into the topic...
