i would say that the USAF is no.1 for its size and planes.

i dont know alot about RAF, but i do know they have amazing planes, and i think they are trained well (still not like the IAF)

the IAF is maybe 2-3 because of its experience, electronic systems and missiles, and of course - the pilots training (in the 2006 red flag events israel won usaf with the AMAZING result 70:1) oh! and our great UAVs (RAF bought our UAVs) we have the world top record for 1 pilot - 17 planes, one helicopter
