@KIWIBOI161 don't worry me i use parkour as an energy effienct way to travel to and from school me i just use vaults than can keep the proper momentum for me and all me to expend as little energy as possible. Yet i want to roll because when i climb this one wall that blocks my complex to the sidewalk i usually feel pain in my foot from the landing because it is a pretty high wall. so i have trouble with rolls on the go and prec jumping. I have great form its just you need the right estimation
