they def are not brothers. that was made up in the movie which sucked ass btw. however, when they were first written together, the writer originally planned for sabretooth to be wolverines father. other writers didnt like this and confirmed that they werent related. then, the original writer wrote in that the test done to see if they were father and son was done through a sabretooth clone and thats why they didnt match so sabretooth is wolverines father

@importantnegro Dog has no powers at all he's just really strong. Sabretooth Victor Creed is Wolverine's archenemy who has a healing factor, incredible physical abilities, senses and a need for killing.
