So much wasted potential...

The visuals are very good but there are so many little problems that it falls under the category of being bad.

The characters look out of place, there was no originality, and it completely failed to get any kind of background whatsoever. It was just action, which is ok, but it still needs even the slightest amount of setting.

And please don't reply to me saying "BUT IT WAS A SHORT FILM", that doesn't ever matter. Short films still have the same guidelines.

If this was made purely for the sake of showing off how good the creators are with effects, that portion is covered if you ask me.

But if we want to think about the story, the bad guy should've kicked her ass for a while at first so he would seem like an asshole, causing the viewers to care about the girl. Instead they seemed to be a bit too even with their "power levels". Also if the main character dies, make it more epic and emotional.
