  • Haha translate audio on the cc button and read what it says for the subtitles

  • God, I love Europe, it's an amazing looking place, and it has such great looking urban locations for Parkour, something we don't have where I am.

  • great videos. this will help my training alot. especially what that guy said about training whilst being conscious of the amount of stress your body undergoes because of high-impact movements. i feel like a lot of people, myself included, go out and jump around on concrete when it would be much better to go do some railwork or something. to be and to last.

  • hand tape, FTW

  • look at the girls arm. Is that a tattoo or the scar from a complicated arm break?

  • @mrnoobguy

I wondered the same thing, on second inspection I believe it's a tattoo.

  • Its not just good training, its fun to :D

I love doing catwalk on rails....its so peacefull....

  • I like what they said about QM being excellent when you're injured. I am nursing a strained calf, but I am able to continue QM as it is low impact.

  • it's cat walk :D

  • I can't be alone in finding Kazuma totally gorgeous. Is he married? Does anyone know? Or am I wasting my time fancying the man??

  • Sorry, ladies. Kazuma is engaged. You are wasting your time. Sorry.

  • @MySundanceKid

Lol, when I first saw this movie

    imdb. com/title/ tt1379197/

    (remove spaces)

I thought what the heck is Kazuma doing in it? And when did he get so tall? Then I realised it was another guy altogether.

Although I see what you mean. (I'm straight though)

  • I can't get the film. I would like to see someone looking like Kazuma. If Kazuma is not available, I have to find someone else, don't I? I'm still upset though....

  • Lol.

Try torrenting it, you'll be sure to find it.

A word of warning though - make sure you're just watching it for Kazuma's lookalike, the movie sucks big time, I had to turn it off mid-way.

  • Sat through District 13, hoping to see gorgeous Kazuma jump into action. The editing sucks. Only if you know Kazuma you know it's him. I don't care David Belle is considered father of Parkour, he's not a looker like Kazuma - and Kazuma jumps better. Why make a Parkour film with Belle as lead, when there is Kazuma? The plot will still suck, Kazuma can probably not mumble a single sentence convincingly, but his gorgeous face will distract me from that. I'm livid with the producers.

  • Hmm, I never knew Kazuma was also in B13, I remember seeing Stephane in a small cameo though.

LOLing hard at your Kazuma-as-lead-in-movie-even-though-he-can't-act comment. You have to understand, I am a straight guy, I don't share the same sentiments about Kazuma as you.

The producers did you grave injustice though, they could atleast have put Kazuma in a bigger role in B13-U. :P

  • Proofs my point. You don't notice gorgeous Kazuma unless you know he is there. There is a split second shot of his face. He's holding a plastic bag (Holding a plastic bag... You call that action? I can do that). Take note of his clothes and then just watch out for the outfit in the Parkour scene. Feet, leg, back, getting kicked by Belle on the stairs... And he never returns!

  • I managed to torrent it. I can see what you mean, but I can still see the difference. He is not Kazuma. It's mainly the hair that does it, and in profile - from a distance. The voice is totally wrong.

What's the name of the character? I had to turn the sound off, then totally turn it off. It was unbearable to watch. Kazuma could top the acting accolades if compared to the acting in this film. Awful.

  • Lol, can't say I didn't warn you about the rest of the movie.

I'm not obsessed with Kazuma to notice all the minute differences you pointed out between him and the actor. :P

  • Yes, I should get a life.

It's just the thought of Kazuma doing comedy which is hard to imagine. Kazuma is a totally gorgeous guy, the best at parkour, but never heard the man crack a joke.

  • KAZUMA! LOVE THAT MAN!!

  • 1:10 its Faith from Mirror's Edge :O

  • :)) She doesn't even look like Faith :)) But that was funny! xD

  • Aaaaa o.O Faith!!!

  • Actually the game designers did base Faith's look on Tracey.. ;)

  • that's awesome :)

  • @ParkourGenerations relly, awsome :)

  • lol, true...

  • cut*

  • I used to have a perfect playground at my local park then this bitch vut her hand and told the city and blah blah blah, now we have a crappy factory duplicate.

  • So everyone in the neighbourhood had to suffer the consequences of one person's incompetence... typical overcautious mother-hen groupthink... people should take more responsibility for their own safety rather than blaming every skinned knee on 'the city'.

  • How come all the playgrounds in Europe are so awesome? All the American ones are the stupid made to order factory duplicates with just like one structure.

  • yeah thats really gay of them

  • Because fat kids get hurt on those awesome playgrounds, and their parents go cry to the city to get fake plastic crappy one

  • thanks for sharing this it will help me alot 5 stars ;)

  • cool

  • Really good video ! Kazuma is a kind of hero for me :)

  • I totally love all the Parkour Generations videos! It's so great that the world is finally learning from the masters, I always dreamed with something like this when I first started in parkour, thank you so much! And I keep my faith that someday I might see Foucan or Belle into this. That's when everything would be PERFECT.

  • oui!!!arrive kazuma!!! l´un des meilleurs traceurs dans le monde!

  • It's a really nice video in deed, well filmed, showing good technics! Quadrupedie are absolutely usefull in parkour ! It has developped my balance as well as my strengh. I hope Dan is going well ! ^^

  • Ive never actually tried ny of them drills bt i will try these techniques in my training !Peace!

  • damn they're fast

  • Going backwards as well as inclines and declines is good too.

    Blind folded is interesting too.

    Great video, thanks for sharing!

    Zeno

  • DAMN Tracey!

  • Happy to hear something in french ! :)

I train quadrupedie, but i've never heard about this variation, i'll try this out ! ;)

  • Tree branches are also good because they are uneven and they move and slope (up or down whichever your preference) and there's many branches to move between. My personal fav is a very large, solitary beech.

You can also do the reverse exersize hanging underneath. Although obviously this requires no balance you can use muscle ups to move from top to bottom.

(Tip: use Serious John's 'Awesome tree' in Maidstone ;oD )

  • great video. i will be using these techniques in my training for sure.

  • Never seen :47-1:06 before definitely trying that next time I train, I'll leave the rope for when I get better at it. Much respect for dan tracey and kazuma.

  • Gr8 video... these techniques are so awsome and helpful...

    7th comment w0o0oh0o0o my lucky number =P =D !!!

  • This stuff is really hard...they use it on military obstacle courses in various special forces groups throughout the world.

  • Great video once again. Its good seeing some people in the video who don't usually appear on YouTube.

The Behind the Jump series is really turning into a great (and ever growing) source for parkour knowledge.

  • And let me assure anyone who hasn't tried it, doing that on a rope is NOT EASY!!

  • Seconded.

  • awsome! The thecnique that i never saw before is the foot before the hands. Il try that for sure!

    3rd comment! ya

  • Awesome variation... must try that!

  • 1rst comment- good job!
