Defense means avoiding getting hit, floyd on average holds his opponents to a low percentage of punches landed. Pac is closer to a brawler, he uses his offense to make up for defense. I've yet to see him adjust to an opponents style because he relies on his great attributes to carry him through fight(speed, power, toughness etc.) When he fought an opponent who gave him trouble(marquez) he didn't really adapt both fights were debatable. While floyd had trouble with castilo at first, adapted and destroyed him the 2nd time. The fight will only be boring if you have a short attention span and don't understand boxing.

@vinrave No having a great chin doesn't mean great defense. A great chin is more related to toughness, which i can admit pac has. Defense means avoiding getting hit, floyd on average holds his opponents to a low percentage of punches landed. Pac is closer to a brawler, he uses his offense to make up for defense. Just because he doesn't get hit with 5 punch combos doesn't mean he has great defense. Im not taking away from pac, but he's just not really a defensive fighter.

A brawlers weakness is a good counter puncher. Floyd is smart enough not to get into a slugfest with him. He'll frustrate him. If pac tries to come in reckless he'll get picked apart by clean accurate counter punches. It doesn't matter if you have great heart and chin if you're still getting hit the most. Like i said earlier it will be a great fight, floyd's toughest fight, because pac is one of the only boxers who rivals him in speed. And he also has great power. But floyd will adapt to him.

Not really he's never really had to adapt to his opponents. I've yet to see him adjust to an opponents style because he relies on his great attributes to carry him through fight(speed, power, toughness etc.) When he fought an opponent who gave him trouble(marquez) he didn't really adapt both fights were debatable. While floyd had trouble with castilo at first, adapted and destroyed him the 2nd time. The fight will only be boring if you have a short attention span and don't understand boxing.

He fought a 10 lb UNDEFEATED corrales, if you look at the fight look how big Mayweather was compared to Corrales.
Then he fought a cheating sack of shit Castillo, who was punching behind the back and holding and punching when the referee told him to break.
Then he fought a 13lb. bigger Baldomir and a 17 lb. bigger DLH.
Look how DLH looked against Mayweather and how he looked against Pacquiao, Pacquiao was bigger then DLH

First he did it to prove you can't go up in weight that fast like my friend Manny Pacroids.

This fight was so boring to watch live. Thank GOD I didn't pay. I was actually rooting for Marquez even though it was obvious that Mayweather would win.
