@slimshadyEMINEMhaha, yeah wrestling is fake, the outcome of matches are pre-determined. There are different matches but most are won by pinfall, submission, DQ or countout. Yeah both superstars and divas do acutally get hurt sometimes and need to have surgery if the injury is severe enough.

One example is when Owen Hart executed a piledriver on Stone Cold Steve Austin at Summerslam of 1997 though the move didn't go as expected and Stone Cold suffered a broken neck as a result.
