Some people just amaze me to not have any common sense. Officers are trained to stop the immediate threat that is imposed on them. They are taught to shot at "Available Center Mass". Which means, if they have the whole body of a suspect in view they take the center of the body to shoot at. If they only have the head showing "only" then they shoot at the center of the head. Try having to shoot at someone to save your own life and see if you can hit a moving target! Different than target practice!

@psyfluffybunny How would we know how many hours this officer has been trained in shooting? Officers are trained on stopping a threat, not to outright kill someone. Learn a little about law enforcement. As for it being a fake video, you may do a little research and see this was an actual event that was also reported on by the local news agencies. We are not public relations for this agency or that officer so you may need to send your pointless dribble to those people instead.

When you're in a situation like that, your adrenaline is pumping, and heart rate and blood pressure is through the roof. It isn't like being at the range shooting at a bunch of paper targets.  Your accuracy isn't exactly the same when the target has a weapon and is trying to kill you. Of course, I wouldn't expect you to know any of that, as you are just a couch commando.
