  • what's with the 3min lack of music at the end??

  • @Za3chik Because once upon a time, I was a noob at making videos.

  • Beautiful song, can I use one for a instrumental?

  • I'm 16 and have been belly dancing since I was ten.

    Rachel Brice is my idol.

    BUT! I LOVE BEATS ANTIQUE!

  • battle is better :)

  • can't wait to see beats antique and bassnectar this thursday

  • @MrBurritscold

i been to 3 bassnectar shows and each time they were sick it was really dope

  • why are there only 93,694 views on this?!

  • @hippygroove because I haven't watched it 100,000 times yet.

  • Reading all these comments about seeing Beats Antique and Shpongle together makes me orgasm at the very thought of it!

But anyway, I don't see how you guys can really compare them, since they're two completely different styles of music. I mean, I understand why they would have a similar fan base and I haven't seen either live yet (waiting for October for these guys!) so I can't speak to their performance capabilities per se, but I imagine they'd be two completely different performances....

  • @bmo22bmo @ meridianklorafeel

You are insane if you think these guys were better than Shpongle. I've been into Beats Antique for a while and they impressed the shit outta me, it was the first time I'd seen them live. However, Shpongle killed it! That performance was epic, rain storm, the whole orchestra live, first time in America!!!

  • i still havent stopped listening to them since that show. So you were there as well?

  • just saw them last night

    They Killed it!

I went to see shpongle and these guys blew shpongle out of the water

  • EARGASM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • it donst matter what type of instraments they use or where the art originated... all that matters is that they are a talented group of ppl... its funny to me how folks can argue about almost anything rofl...

  • amazing

  • @johnydlite really here i am :))) , and i actually dance on their music too. I love bellydancing so much,

  • @yfloryna cool me too

just letting you know though that this is a more indian based song, so not belly dancing.

although bellydancing is originally from india, its not to be confused

  • @pampagandaa

originated in the ottoman empire, not india

  • Well to the person below me the sitar is not middle eastern as isn't the tabla drum at the beginning and throughout but they are from india and this is an incredible new age fusion of traditional indian and middle eastern drum and strings :) Props to Beats Antique

  • See you at Nocturnal Beats Antique!!

  • seeing him tuesday in lsu!!!

  • Nothing Creative or New here. I've heard this music in the Middle East for over 1,000 years and it still hasn't Changed.

  • @xwaystranger over 1,000 years? ...you're old. :-P

  • @xwaystranger Maybe so, but the focus of this group is percussion and layering of sounds, not to reinvent the musical language of the era they're drawing inspiration from - this is a very unique and amazing composition of middle eastern influenced music.

  • @xwaystranger

i agree, except this music isnt middle eastern its indian

  • @xwaystranger Really? cause im pretty sure they didnt use banjos or a stand up Bass a thousand years ago in the middle east

  • Please tell me i m not the only one thinking of serious high-quality sex, when listening to this song !!!

  • @Dynamitrios nope, so am i

  • awesome music, I dig the eastern flavor!

  • stuck indoors? Put this album on and be anyplace you want to be. *****

  • @GETABAGADRO where at... Harvest Fest?!?

  • @sapperion yeah, i was, but now im sketched about harmony security.think im going to prairie grass instead, but idk yet.

  • Comment removed

  • @sapperion I've been to harmony like 11 times, it's just this last time at Plunderfest and some other things ive heard about crookedfoot's security.

  • @GETABAGADRO Ahh kind of figured you would reference Plunder.... Ummm... Not the same security as the Wookiefoot festivals. Look up Fishhead Security they are the ones who do Project Earth and Harvest Fest. Plunder was a crazy mess as far as stealing and ransacking goes... I gurantee you won't have that problem at Harvest... You could even stay in our camp where "Bart" the piano guy sets all of his stuff up... Very safe there. Hope you change your mind and decide to come to harvest Fest.

  • @sapperion right now it's also up to finance and what have you, im torn between a couple of options right now.

  • @sapperion

I only get out to harmony once a year... so you wouldn't recommend Plunder? I don't wanna get robbed, I enjoy peace there. Also, that Bart guy is for real, my fiance, my friend and I free style over his playing... Its tight! hah

Has Beats Antique been to harmony?

  • This is what we start our warm up with every class. So awesome!

  • wow she is gorgeous. i would love to see her dance to this music. just wow

  • Awesome
