Haifa has the ability to look different all the time that's the interesting thing.

I've noticed that her body shape has a tendency to put weight on and look plump/chubby. . .

But then she comes back to surprise us with a very sleek profile in the style of a supermodel!

I do prefer her with a more slim appearance. . because then her face looks better and not so puffy.
