I can top these stories - house was shown for 1-hour open house only first weekend of list, late arrivals were turned away because tenant wanted to prepare for her superbowl party, no other showings allowed. Good news for seller, it was a foreclosure priced to move and attracted multiple offers (you should have seen the folks crawling all over during the one hour).

Hi Frank, this subject always gets me. In our local MLS recently I saw in broker remarks on a property- "agents, no 'between' times as I have to meet you at the property". Obviously this agent never works w/ buyers as anyone that does will not rush their client through other homes so a VIP agent will not be kept waiting! Get control of your sellers and put in on lockbox!
