@CJanvier04 Thanks =] But when I had an appt. Thursday their scale says I've only dropped 6 or 7 pounds????? I'll be 2 weeks Sunday. It doesn't make sense. But hey I guess every pound counts. I've been watching my sodium lately too. Don't understand it and prob. never will.

oh the moods seem to be a side effect of the liquid diet... trust me my boyfried can atest i tried to run over an old lady with a walker.... it will get better!!!
Girl you will do it!!!! Hang in there girl!!! SALT will make you hold water. Give up the cubes and get some Swanson low sodium chicken stock ;).. Are you taking vitamins?? Your son is so cute!!! ;) Don't you just want to turn that jello in to a jello shot!!! This will not happen anymore you are going to get the surgery and then you will finally finally lose it all!! Keep positive you need to stay in the game!! I will help you get out and about alone!!! Yes I blow my ears in the car!!!
@Newlifetina Thank you yes he may be cute but don't let the fool ya! I did go to the store to buy broth in the box but its like 570 mg a cup of sodium. Better then 900 a cube and I used two at a time.. YES YES jello shots no prob. I use to down them no prob. when i use to go to bars. haha The doctor didn't say anything bout takin' vitamins just yet so i'm not on any. Actually got my ass n gear n went for a walk and played @the play ground w/my lil bro and sis and son and even my mother today =]
