Lately, when i played. Weirdly, i only saw this once, the pentagon thief and me was on the laboratories level and he just walk straight to the wall and keep walking and he was stucked there. I keep shooting and knifed him on his back until he died.

That power-up is Bon-Fire Sale. All teleporters lead to the pack-a-punch and it lowers the cost to $1000

An easy way to do it is on solo, first make sure you buy quick revive before the pentagon thief appears, then make sure u have at least one grenade, when the thief comes out of the teleporter cook the grenade in ur hand and blow up before he gets to u, while ur reviving ur self use the mustang and sally to blow up the thief and bam, you get the achievement/trophy
