so I inserted the ring first then the IOL as I was affraid not to be able to implant at the end, and I used the first ring to avoid trauma to the ant capsule while inserting the second one. actually I think next time I will implant at the end.
Very nice surgery. I remember my first case. I implanted at first both aniridia implants, and thereafter the IOL.
