which program do you use to work on localhost?

This framework is very hard to use in terms of editing the css and anything else in the Cpanel i couldn't find any of the files i needed to make sufficient changes to this framework if you cant figure out how to use this convoluted framework try using gantry.

Omfg, I was having a stupid problem the whole day: I couldn't save any changes that had to with jat3, but finally I've just found the solution in the JoomlArt forum =) =) =) Now I can sleep well :)

btw the solution: "You may try to enable ftp in Global Configuration" - khanh le

this is just fantastic. I'm loving everything JAT3 brings. I deleted my whole database and started with a fresh 1.6 quick start install. No other templates can compete on your level guys keep up the great work!

The tutorial is great! After you make edits in FireBug, I noticed that you seem to be able to copy all of the changes directly to your .css file ... how do you do that?

Sometimes it works to copy from Firebug console, or If not, we just have to rewrite the styling after the Firebug editing.

I have created on localhost a template override for my ja_t3_blank template. I followed all the steps mentioned in the wiki documentation, did some nice styling in template. css and everything was just fine.

I made a back up of the site with akeeba and restored to a live server.

The problem: After restoring, the settings for the override are there, but all the styling that I did is lost. have I missed anything? Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!

Do I need to install software of I can just install it on a server... I'm a newbie so I need someone advice. Anyone's help is welcome :)
