  • Ming is all about food allergies. A LOT of people are very salt sensitive. My challenge to him is to make delicious, savory food without a ton of sodium. A lot of low-sodium diets focus on waffles or whatever...I don't want that. I want GOOD food that doesn't make me sick.

  • @michellestmarie It's kind of hard because Asian food is meant to be salty. The reason is because the dishes are meant to be eaten with loads of white rice like they do over in China, Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia. Over here in America, people eat it the other way around. Large portion of meat and very little rice.
