@killer1snoop The 8th gen SI's are actually pretty quick and i'm no fanboy. My boy removed the governor in his bone stock 09 SI 4 door and it topped out at 143mph with me in it. Then I looked around online and a lot of people are saying they also hit at least 140mph after removing their governors with no engine mods. 8th gens are no joke. You throw $2000-$3000 into the motor and you have an Evo X eater for half the price

@aKmachin3 Dude, that's bullshit... I have Si myself... I agree with all except the $2000-3000 to make it eat evo X. I drove both, own an Si and can tell you, you need at least a turbo or SC to kill evos... (Turbo 9k with all installation and tuning, or 5k if doing on your own, SC around 6k and 4.5k)

lol for real man, I give you props on the nice ride. My cousin is a skilled mechanic for Honda. So I always got the help when i need it lol. He had a Del soul with 400HP under the hood fully built the engine himself, it was simply amazing, the car was a sleeper ugly outside engine was golden.. he sold it for 15G's. it was beautiful inside and the engine.

yup, thats it for right now. suspension / new clutch are next so is a 3" exhaust.

How much HP to the wheels are you running?

360 to the wheels right now. 2.25" exhaust and i maxed out the fuel system. place i got it tuned told me i could pull quite a bit more power out with a return system so thats on the list of stuff to buy as well :) hoping for 400 ish with 3" exhaust and new fuel system we'll see though

Yea man im really intrested Im going to but the SRT CUT package for sure.. Im joining the air force so ima have a good amount of money to use up on my Civic :D How much as everything ran for so far + the car.. ?

the kit is awesome. very easy to install and i have had absolutely no problems with it. i bought my car back in 07 and it was around 18.5. the kit + gauges + motor mounts has me up to around 5k. i purchased before the CUT package was released

Yea the CUT package comes with all that does it not? I know a clutch is kinda hard to get to.. its deep into the engine it's going to be a mission.. I just want to get ma money already.

clutch is one thing i won't be doing myself.. the install was all easy but i'm definitely not going to take my tranny off and do that myself. i'd rather pay someone that knows what they are doing. CUT kit comes with everything. it's ridiculously cheap. if you add all of that stuff up separately from other places it is way more..

turbo is amazing. love every bit of it. last night it was 60 degrees out and i did a few 3rd - 4th gear pulls. i really need to get them on camera

@silvatypes Pshh... I wish my Si I had 360hp, especially with only 5 psi. I wouldn't complain at all. Maybe the guy didn't want to spend more than what he already did on the turbo setup.
