Why it is so expensive? Who are claiming? Lawyers and those HOA managements? Who chairs those boards? Are they from big profit driven corporations with contractor kick backs? Regulations are needed. Why is HOA not protecting the property owners but the $billion rich corporations CEOes' bonus first? People must organize to take back HOA. It must be done for your kids, your retired parents, and yourselves in the very near future. HOA should be controlled by your communities, not HOA employees.
