@liltoneY54 If I can give you some hints, I'd advice you to alternate fast between punching and low kicking (A and B on gamecube). He'll block most of em, but when you land a hit, keep pressing that button for a short time (you'll usually hit him some more). Then he'll start blocking those again. When he's stunned, don't forget to use your most powerful move (flying dragon). Repeat for epic win :P
