What about mounting an alternator to a pole and put a turbine fan on it?

Making sure to weather proof it etc...

And connect it to some Car batteries with meters etc and inverter and some automatic recharge component and relay circuits.

@KnightChatX car alternators start to charge above 2000 rpm. no good for wind. Better off getting a 120v motor at 2000 rpm to make 12v at 200 rpms......
