  • you need to change your title to Thai style Vietnamese spring rolls cause spring roll is Vietnamese cuisine. we eat it for many thousands years, the Thais just copy it and claim it their own. Hope you can still read the label of rice paper package, It definitely made in Vietnam. We have many many traditional villages expert in making these rice papers.

  • That is not Thai food! You Thai people copied from Vietnam! Be proud of your own boring cuisine and stop stealing foods from your neighbors. Leave Vietnamese food alone!

  • This is not Thai but Vietnamese food.

  • Hi Tina! You mentioned metro detroit. Not sure where you live, but there are TWO REALLY GOOD asian markets on John R, in Madison hgts. (There are MANY more on John R.. these two are our favorites!)

Fuji Market is located on John R between 13 and 14 mile HUGE SELECTION

China Town Market is located on John R just north of 11 mile on the west side of the st.

There is also a Thai store- forgot the name_on John R between both of these... on the west side of the street...

    THANK you for posting!

  • I would want to study under you! You are marvelous.

  • fresh spring rolls are originally Vietnamese dish

    Other countries are only copies

  • Fresh Spring roll or summer roll is a traditional Vietnamese food , not Thai food

  • Thanks for posting! Sounds delicious!

  • i bet your from minnesota

  • Sorry but it's wrong !You do not soak the rice paper for a minute !!! Tooooo long . Then you poured the sauce inside and over it ! Toooooo wet !!!. Yout just need a quick deep in a warm water ..... not soak it water !

  • Fresh Spring Rolls is Vietnamese food , not Thai Food

  • Ur cookin on diz is soo gud! Im Chinese/Vietnamese hahaha Half.

Some epople dont know how 2 make these things and they fried it and some people make Egg rolls and call em Spring Rolls. Pshhhh hahaha. But ur ingredient is gud1 thnx im watchin ur video when i even know how 2 make these things! lol

  • Good video. Typically the uncooked ones are called "summer rolls" and the deep-fat fried ones are called "spring rolls." You can include cooked schrimp or imitation crab as well as avacado and boston lettuce in those as well....yummy! It's also nice to make them with mint leaves. A great dipping sauce is: 1/2 cup of water, 1/2 cup of sugar boiled together to which you add 1/2 cup of rice viniger and 1/3 cup of fish sauce....and put the crushed peanuts on top of that sauce....try it!

  • You're so cute :D Thank you for posting this video, It's been a great for help for me.

    Thank you!

  • You're so cute :D I really appreciate you posting this video, it's been a lot of help. Thank you!

  • Grind up your penis.

  • tina turnee?? i always wonder who tina turner turned!!! lol...jk love ur rolls

  • The proper way to roll a spring roll is to wrap a bit, fold in the sides, and then wrap totally until the end. Otherwise, nice video.

  • Thai don't have anything like spring. Google it!

  • White people STOP cooking asian foods please!!!! White people are just making us asian people get really piss off. You guys just cook food from one country (vietnam) and you say it from another (Thai). Thai don't have spring roll(summer rolls). Look at the packaging on those rice papers, it is in vietnamese and not thai.

  • @YuDumPhuck Stop being ignorant and foolish. It seems to me like you are very insecure about your culture. At least they are trying to explore your culture instead of talking negatively about it. Being Open Minded Is Not Against The Law.

  • The Motor City Kittys { Go Lions }

  • was it too long for a rice wrapper soaked in a minute?

  • u made it wrong u have to have meats in it,sry

  • I have not tried this but I think you can use any kind of sauce you like. You can dip the spring rolls in the sauce and you do not need to put the sauce in the spring rolls. But I ate these rolls before in restaurants, they are good. You can dip the spring rolls in sesame sauce or dip in any sauce you prefer.

  • hmmmm find a asian store

  • Ground the penis? Haha

    Very good recipe thank you!

  • "I'm going to put the penis in"

I know, very mature but seriously, the second time it really sounded like it.

    This recipe really helped. Thanks!

  • Did you try Nino Salvaggio's?

  • Thanks for the tips, very helpful !,, Greetings from Queretaro Mexico!

  • Looks really easy, thank you.

  • Please feel free to comment and rate. Thank you.

  • @Ethniccooker Thai don't have anything like spring. Google it!

  • @Ethniccooker

Your recipe sound delicious, don't listen to the people who are being butt holes. Everyone makes things differently, based on what they personally like. The really anal people (ie: YuDumPhuck) can take a trip to Vietnam if they want "authentic" cuisine. You keep on being creative and experimenting Tina, it's perfectly fine to change up a recipe to improve it for your household tastes!

  • @chasethedreaminsd you told exactly that i wanted to say! she is cute and explains in really lovely way. thank u!!! loved this vid :)
