This song is almost entirely identical to Tiger Tank, but it isn't it, that's separate.

Instead I'm pretty sure this is the song played in the secret game within MoH:AA, where you play hide-and-seek with a medic who carries a bazooka and tries to blow you up.

And yes, I'm being serious.

@tturedstl If I remember correctly, the level before the tank missions, the one where you have to escort the tank crew through the city to the tank, if I remember you have to just keep the whole tank crew alive and healthy. Might have to do it on hard or something, or also have to escort the rifle squad from the level before through or something too.

I'd recommend looking it up, I haven't played this in years lol.

@ChnBustr it's if you keep EVERYONE alive (incl. the rifle squad) and play it on hard. You get given one minute to hide, then a medic carrying a bazooka looks for you trying to kill you.
