  • nice fun bags.

  • Best angles is at 2:03+ good job mom!

  • wheres your ass?

  • awsome body wow beautiful

  • What's up with the Visor? Typical Blond...LET ME LOOK SUPER CUTE while I workout....

  • her bodys amazing, my god

  • me like

  • Great lifting! The hard part is talking yourself into reps 6-10, when you want to stop at 5.

  • good lifting michele, now go work them calves :)

  • My GOD....you are gorgeous !!!

  • fap fap fap

  • Great video which shows the form. I've been trying to find videos that show the proper form. Yours is great! I can see why you work out when it is not busy..there would be too much distraction :-). Nice legs. Damn!

  • nice mams

  • LMAO!...smart =P

  • You have strong beautiful legs. You should never wear long pants.

  • good job

  • i have increased the weight, as in doing as much weight i can for 15 reps for my lower body - before that i was doing light weight but never increasing it or challenging my body, now that i have increased the weight to my maximum i am noticing a difference in my thighs, leaner, and I have gone 1 size - yes u r right women should not be afraid to go heavy bcuz that is what changes the shape of your body if u r out of shape or just want to lose some extra fat

  • some trainers say do high reps light weight - what is light weight & some trainers say do high reps as much weight as u can - what should women do if they want to lose fat & shrink the size of their thighs - once i reach my goal do i keep increasing the weight & stay at the same weight.........????

  • Dont be afraid to go heavy..you are a women meaning you will not get "bulky" if you weight lift! unless u start taking roids..the best way to lose fat is not by doing endless number of reps...do moderate to heavy weight..8-10 reps you should be fine :)

yeah and for the recod..you cannot "tone" your body..

  • Mizzfit is 100% bang on. On a compound move like the squat you should not be able to do 15+ reps or you are going too light to do anything (ignoring 20 rep breathing sets and other advanced stuff). 4-6 reps for building functional strength/muscle, 8-10 for vascularity (bodybuilding). You don't get huge by accident, all women/humans should aspire to squat their BW on the bar and beyond!

  • 8-10 for vascularity (bodybuilding) <<<

    u talk shit

  • looking good buffmom

  • she is posting it so that others can learn proper technique.

  • She is pretty damn close to parallel (hip joint passing knee joint), I think she has pretty good technique, definitely not a quarter/half squat. I'd lose the belt though unless you have back problems, you will strengthen your back doing squats without one.

  • Form looks pretty good. Another few inches and you'd pass any pl meet in the country. I'd advise to ditch the sneakers and opt for sandals, barefoot, or something like Vibram 5 fingers or Chuck Taylors. Just so much better for your ankle and form.

  • You are one buff mother!

  • if you don't like the vid, don't watch it, no use complaining about it.

  • Need a spot?

  • excercise?!?!

  • what the heck somone got on my thing and said that why would i say that omg i would never say that

  • Yer knees should not move so much towards and away from each other when you squat

  • Correct. Need to work more on the abductor machine. Once you do, your squats weights will most definitely go up even more.

  • Good god all mighty! BuffMilf! (The color coordination isnt bad either).

  • whos the guy wasting his time in the backround pretending to do sit ups/.....stop eating shit...then join a gym i would tell him

  • how is any dude suppose to workout in the gym looking at that lol...damn

  • i would.

  • LOL

  • what were you expecting? some fat ghetto ass? hahaha

  • What? How can you not see her ass? Its perky and I need to get my girl friend to do this. You look great by the way!

  • I would like to see every woman who wants to burn body fat the RIGHT way doing these lifts...It's great to see this smart and well-rounded woman knows what she is doing regarding her health:)

  • It's great to see someone actually doing squats. Looking a little quad dominant though, don't you think?

  • perfect bodyyyyyyyyy!!!!1

  • see now thats how a girl in shape should look. nice and toned. not overdeveloped and ripped. very nice.

  • Never mind. I went to the gym and worked out (soar legs and all) and it seems I've worked the pain away. Thanks just the same.

  • somebody please tell me if i should do squats while soar. i just started doing them tues. and my legs are so soar. i want to go today (thurs.) but they are still soar. is this okay?

  • go below parallel, you can get serious knee and ligament problems in the future by only going to 90 degrees.

  • lower with a shorter shorts please.

  • her husband is a cage fighter

no joke seriously he is a mma fighter

  • wow sooooooooooo sexy!!!!

  • HAHAHAHA i presume u reside in the misc

  • MILFFF

  • agree'd!

  • All I can saw is, wow, you are incredible. Perfect body. Amazing.

  • the skinniest legs in the world

  • Wow! Great lifting and great body! keep up the good work!

  • looks like 135 to me...

  • That's one hot looking MILF.

  • Now THAT IS HOW U DO IT RIGHT!!! LOOKING GOOD!!!

  • awesome! marunde-muscle . com

  • The weight may not be all that impressive, but you can't argue with that body, I mean, look at it

  • Good to see a woman

a.) Doing REAL lifts (not lunges, half squats, stab ball squats)

b.) Using some decent weight, as opposed to doing a 15lb bar for reps till she feels minor discomfort

c.) Using proper equipment and going all the way.

If this comes across as ass licking, then please let me lick away :P :P :P

  • hold on how much was that, pretty dam good

  • Buffmother, can you please adopt me?

  • how often should you train legs to burn fat & shrink in size - inches

  • That was only 135 she probably weighs that much.

  • travisb05 She weighs 120#. Those are 45# plates and either a 55# or 65# bar (looks like a 55 to me). She's squatting either 145 or 155. Still that's the "warm-up" weight for 13 yo girls. At the last powerlifting meet I coached they were squatting 117.5 kilos, 258 pounds, nowhere close to the record. Not knockin' her tho'. She keeps it up she'll get there. Hooray for her!

  • You're doing great! Again, you're so fit and sexy, how much was the weight of each plate on the last set you've done? :D

  • I would give her plenty of protein shakes

  • I dont know whats better: How amazing she looks doing squats, or she can actually out-squat guys I know

    Either way nice video

  • Buffmother is F. I. N. E. Keep up the hard work.

  • Does BuffMother ever get naked?

  • you are EXTREMELY attractive.

  • I believe the key is pushing back with your behind as you go down rather than stooping down with your legs. I tried it that way and i felt it in my hamstring and quads and plus i didn't get dizzy.

  • yeh.. u have to make sure u push off with u're heels and not toe's.. that way u use u're glutes, ham and quads.... and make sure u dont feel it in u're back.. thats not a good thing, keep u're back straight as possible..

  • "YasharMJ" I went to the gym and tried what you suggested, thanks for the advice. I did feel a difference doing it that way. Thanks again.

  • no porblem... keep working out hard :D

  • Smile, i'll keep you posted. Have a good evening.

  • most likely cause all the blood rushes to u're leg muscles.. and there isnt enough 4 u're brain.. so u feel dizzy..

  • Thank you "YasharMJ" I did go back and try squating again and I only parted my legs shoulder wide and I pushed my butt and I didn't experience any dizziness that time and Wow! did I feel it in my lower back.

  • How come i get dizzy when i do squats? Can anyone tell me?

  • nice body, good form, great funbags ^_~

  • Those shoes are not the best ones for squatting. You need flat soled shoes.

    Bring the elbows forward.

Go deeper. Sit between the legs.

You don't really need a belt.

You can cure the "knees-buckling-inward" (a common problem for women due to wide hips) with bulgarian split squats or stepups which make the legs individually stronger.

Last but not least... good job!

  • your knees are coming in during the ascent. not good

try flaring your toes more (aka, turn your feet out). Thigh adductor and groin stretches will also help out.

  • pretty good just afew inches lower

  • drop dead gorgeous..

    form there ...

  • After I cleaned up I was impressed.

  • she looks good and nice form ,some people are born with big body parts some small.like calves some people can work them everyday for 10 years straight and still dont grow them

  • Squat deeper. Other than that good work. Also, those nike's do NOTHING for gait or your feet. Look into alternative shows for squatting, walking about. They are terrible.

  • get rid of the belt, your abs will get jacked

  • have you seen her abs? They're already pretty jacked.

  • good job. Your form looked great! Put some dang weight on the bar! Ever considered powerlifting?;)

  • watch the knee's going in, they look like there going to snap inwards.

  • good job. keep it up.

  • I'd spot her ;-P

  • looks like a nice gym

  • Great video. BuffMother just a tip: don't let your knees come inward when you drive out of the hole.
