  • You guys really inspire me! I love your tire analogy. I have just gone raw in the past month; really seeing some changes and weight loss. I'm excited to move forward to greater health. :)

  • @greenkeenreviews Awesome! : )

  • @greenkeenreviews v interested in RF, please describe your noticed changes, thanks in advance

  • I agree.....I have never done longer then 14 days so I do not know....I only know what I read in a few books, but I am glad it all worked for you......Your journey was very inspiring......I am sure everyone is different, but I def need to eat slower myself.......Look forward to hearing about your continiued success.....

  • wow that is alot of fat to eat after a jice feast......All the books I have read said you should wait at least 7 to 10 days to introduce fat...Glad it worked out for you....

  • @gayraw Too many focus on what to eat and forget about how to eat. What to eat is important but how to eat is even more important. Chew chew chew your food, fully masticating every mouthful, predigesting before swallowing. This is the key!

  • Victoria could you please show us how to make your Sea Spaghetti?

  • @sharronjermaine Coming soon! : )

  • Great video!! Glad you are both doing well off of your juice feast!!

  • @irishfan84n Thanks Noah! : )

  • Hmm, I always use my celery leaves in my juices and smoothies. Is it bad to eat them? I also juice up all of my garden greens including beet stems and greens, kohlrabi stems and leaves, etc. etc. Will they have too many alkaloids?

  • @GreginND It is always a good idea to rotate your greens to prevent an accumulation of alkaloids. Celery leaves once a week I am sure would be fine but everyday may cause issues. This is personal opinion! Try eating celery leaves straight. The body tell you when you have had enough.

  • for eating or using nuts. Can I buy them in stores in the packages or I have to buy them raw?

  • @PJCStyle77 Not sure of your question! You can buy packaged nuts that are raw.

  • For how long should nuts soak?

  • @nikair1 Think 6 hours Matt said.

  • @nikair1 Different nuts different lengths. Walnuts 5 or 6 hours. Almonds 12 to 24 hrs.
