Hmm, I've done everything on your video up until the part where you have to install 3.55 ITA. When I go to Sys > Update > Storage Media, after it copies the update the system, it gives me a message saying "The latest version of the system software is already installed. There is no need to update."

Am I doing something wrong? I'm re-downloading the 3.55 ITA just in-case.

Ive learnt my lesson to just upgrade manager version or downgrade. Anyway does anyone know a way to play 3.56 games on cfw3.55 without eboot fix or updated pkg files? Does the 3.60 spoofer do the job? Coz when i installed the spoofer my ps3 turned on but was always black screen! Does ITA v1.1 help me with this problem?? Thanks guys!

@GetaDragon No CFW is safe in terms of PSN usage, and yes you need a backup manager, like MultiMan, to play and to backup your games. There are other backup managers, though.

@keazon95 If I were you, I'd back up anything that you don't want to lose and restore to 3.60. This will format your drive completely, including the backups.

@keazon95 The trophies you've earned are synced to Sony's servers, not stored locally. You can save your savegames to your flash drive, but there's an error in ITA that won't let you copy them back. I recommend kmeaw if savedata is important to you.

@ahmad12issa67890 Yes, going to OFW will delete the contents of your hard drive. you have to buy either a sata to usb adapter or an external HDD enclosure and format it to FAT32 from an operating system.
