It is the Arabs "Palestinians" who occupy the Jewish homeland not vice versa. The Jews were called Palestinian prior to 1948 and the Arabs used to despise this word saying it was a Zionist invention. Every decent human being deserve equal rights. These Palestinian were Jordanian citizens prior to 1967 and remain so. After the 1967 war, Israel wanted to give away Judea and Samaria to Jordan , but King Husssien refused. Judea and Samaria was allocated to the Jews after WWII.
