Funny Video, but seriously...Prozac is not something to take lightly. I was prescribed Prozac as a teenager and it does NOT make you feel happy. Instead, it makes you feel like a zombie - having neither bad nor good feelings. This might be okay for somebody who is suicidal, but NOT for somebody with any milder form of depression. The effects of taking Prozac do NOT end after quitting the drug - it took me YEARS to have the side effects go away. I would not recommend Prozac to anybody.

I started Prozac 6 days ago. I started at 10 milgrams then I am going up to 20 at day 10. but I already feel kind of sick. its like the flu feeling. Will it get better? I sleep about 14 hours a day I have no energy. my Dr said this would make me skippy! I don't feel it yet.

@SPANKY5ful I know i'm 15 and all but i'm on Prozac and was on it 2 years ago and now i'm back on it at first they thought it was psicosis. But they do eventually go away your sleep eventually get's better with cannabis it's a huge boost but as soon as you come from you go into severe depression which is why people never stop using it. Yes it does make you skippy and all happy. Short term Prozac long term is called fluoxetine.

Having been on some anti depressants that had real bad side effects I was THRILLED when prozac hit the market! Try Deseryl or Sinnequan if you want a real perspective..... Prozac gave me none of the side effects you mention and I am so tired of those who do not understand true depression and how THAT messes with the mind

I kinda liked it because i am on zoloft, and im not very depressed, im actually on my first week and i feel normal, but i want to be SUPER HAPPY like i think i was before....Because i work for Customer Service Sales and its exhausting sometimes, like i just might need a higher dose soon.
