I have this movie too! I thought the movie is really great!!!! The fightings at the 2nd half of the film is just awesome! I couldnt take my eyes off the screen! My gosh, so many gold costume was stained!!! hahaha... I love Chinese movies! You should watch Red Cluff 1 & 2! Youd love those.

... Huo Yuan Jia was a real historical figure... but the movie was pretty off from the real story. Huo Yuan Jia did defeated the wrestler, but his family did not die. In fact, he have like 9 grandchildren alive lol. They were pissed about how the movie falsely portrayed Huo Yuan Jia having one daughter and she was killed.

Man...this was such a tight movie. From Jay Chou to Zhou Ren Fa and Gong Li. These actors are awesome. Even Jay knew how to act in this movie, which was surprising. LOL also I think Gong Li is pretty hot. Even though shes 40 something years old. haha
