@choleduff actually that girl love a heartsick man,, she didn't know that man was sick. one day that man ask for a breakup... She is so sad with that so she is trying to kill herself.. but she is save because huh gak (which is her manager) send her to the hospital. Aftre she wake up she is hallucinations and thought that huh gak is the heartsick man.. Huh gak know that she look at him as the heartsick man but he just ignore it because he like that girl.
