@tubeyouSachy - The atricities on this girl has a lot to do with her belonging to a lower caste. No high-caste Brahmin girl would have any such danger of being raped and hacked. It is therefore a must that the victim's Dalit identity should be clearly projected. More so to attract more stringent legal measures that are already on the book with the express objective of breaking this horrendous social malaise of treating Dalit as less than even animals.
