Dont speed up during those fills!

lol, it's not speeding up. Its a bunch of different notes and note types together, creating the triple ratamacue.
This guy is a professional!

Ahh, so the snare rim part in I Don't Care by Fall Out Boy is just a Triple Ratamacue. Cool :P

I'm sorry, I don't think it's a Triple Ratamacue. It seems to be just a Drag (Ruff) with a single stroke roll.
But that's still good!
ZZ Top's drummer does the same thing in La Grange.

Oh, you're right now that I look back on this.

Trust me, you got me pretty excited. Nobody does anything that complicated in popular rock drumming.
Hahaha, I wasn't really paying attention. I didn't know too much about single stroke rolls and stuff so I just jumped with the ratamacue.
If you're a drummer, you should look into these rudiments. They will make you a better drummer than anyone you know, more or less.

It's been a good nine months since I wrote that last comment.
By now I'm going to have to agree with you, more or less.
I still agree with my past self to a degree, because playing with technique will make you capable of playing anything.
Today, however, I find ability to come up with something great will truly make you a greater drummer.
