The '64 GTO has a '66 Tripower. Look at the choke pull off on the passenger side. It has to have 65 through 71 heads to use that intake, and if it's a turbo 350 that's a later trans, too. GTO automatics were 2 speed ST300's through '66, the TH400 came out in '67.
