its not storm. its a fenomen that only happens in the est coast of spain called GOTA FRÍA. a storm its from 30 m to 1 hour. in the gota fria can be rainig for a week. in 1957, valencia flooded for this. in 1987 too
If I know anything about Spanish insurance companies they won't pay out on this. A friend lost half the back of her house in the storms and they said it was an act of God and won't pay her a penny (Euro)
