I watched an interview with Bob recalling the time he was asked to play Pink in The Wall. He said at the time he hated Pink Floyd..... thought they were "shite." He was a Boomtown Rat then, remember. However much some of us think Pink Floyd is the greatest band of all time, no everyone knows the lyrics.. and Sir Bob would look even more of a twit if he didn't have a prompt sheet and forgot the lyrics!

Wright (the keyboardest, RIP) had already left due to tensions both in the band & at home, and Waters & Gilmour were already at eachothers throats. plus Waters was being a dick during the production of the movie.

Sad though. I see alot of famous names try and fill in for Roger in his part to this song. and sadly none of them could hold it. I can't sing anything else worth a damn I am not a musician but those small parts to this song which was Roger's parts. I can certainly sound and sing it as Roger did the the vocals perfect. :-p Just can't sing anything else. I might be the biggest Floyd fan of all time.
