Although you have a good point i dont think semantics should result in the removal of an inspired video. Oriental means eastern anyway. However i do take your point on board and did wonder about the use of the word eastern the 1st time i watched the vid.

The Eritrean Tewahdo Orthodox church is not a member of the "EASTER Orthodox churchs,but of the Oriental Orthdox churchs. Please change the name from St Mary Eastern into St Mary Oriental. You should know this stuff, for heaven sake.

no, it is Tewahdo. We believe in the Holy Trinity, we believe the Lord Christ is God and has One Nature. We believe in the Mother of God, the great intercessor. We believe in the Mediation of the Holy Angels and Holy Saints and we worship according to the Mysteries and Law our fore-fathers left behind. We only use Kobor, Tsenatsil, Begena etc.(Ancient Instruments noted in Psalms by our Holy Father Dawit(David)). Tewahdo.

i am from ethiopian and I am amazed on how we are the same in heart. but we let bad politic spead us from each other. our true faith Tewahedo is way powerful than dirty politics. so I am proud that we are still one in faith and one day we will rejoice together and sing the hymns of st.yared in church as one.
