  • All of your routines are absolutely beautiful! how long did it take you to get that good?

  • not only are you beautiful, you're also a dedicated (though talented) pole performer, and this routine is aswell lovely as you! :) I´ll PM you, cause I´ve got a job proposal for you. ;)

  • Its fantastic! So beautiful.. I love how you dance with so much expression. Keep it up :)

  • you make it look so easy--i know how much hard work has gone into that! WOW-just love how graceful you are! You are an inspiration!

  • WOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) :)

  • Wow, usually when I think of pole dancing, I think of something dirty. But watching this video I thought of it as an art. Then I went to your profile and you described it the same way I felt about it. Sorry for taking pole dancing the wrong way! This video really changed my eyes on how I look at pole dancing (:

  • This is really beautiful and good quality choreography, well done darling!!! Keep it up!

  • MISS DIRDY BIRDY! I love ALL your endeavors! CAN'T WAIT for your fashion line! You should come up with pole dancewear-- I love the top you wore in the DopeSource Media project!

OKAY ONE QUESTION SO FAR: Did you start off with the 45mm or 50mm x-pole? Which is best for beginners?! THANK YOU! You @ Felix are my POLE IDOLS!! xoxo ~Lola

  • @MsLolaJae I started with 38mm at a studio, then i bought a 42mm, then i bought a 50mm, then a 45mm. I use the 45mm at home and teach on a 50m. I recommend 45mm for beginners but encourage them to practice on 50mm when they get stronger to strengthen grip strength even more

  • @dirdybirdy101 Thanks so much! I know you're busy. Keep being kick ass! xoxo

  • really! beautiful!!!!!

  • This makes me want to produce original music for you.

  • when did youu start pole dancing? idk if i sound weird saying this, but im 15 and i want to start :$ i workout at goodlife everyday but i never seem to get the greatest results and ive discovered that all poled dances have crazy beautiful bodiess. i want that and i also dance and it seems like a great way to express what your feeling and suchh. idkk, how do i start??

  • @bellaalovee96 I've been doing it for 3 years. Look for studios that teach younger students or buy a pole for yourself

  • you make pole dancing look less slutty

  • I've been poling for 5 months now and i'm eager to know the secret...when you first started out did you focus on one trick until you couldkill it or do you work on a few at a time?

  • @KalaniMele Practice a few at a time. Learning one at a time gets too boring. And i made sure to freestyle dance often, to practice flow and fluidity

  • I love this piece of yours so much I never get bored of watching it. I been doing pole for 7 months but it's always been static. My goal is to be able to perform this piece of yours on a spinning like you. Mesmerizing!

  • why aren't you world famous yet ?

  • 20 sec. after watching her videos I broke up with my Fat Girl friend...

  • AMAZING! everything just flows!!

  • very very beautiful! I really liked this vid :)

  • this is mind-boggling. thank you for sharing!

  • This was incredible. I get a little sick from all the spinning and I'm not even going half the speed you do....did it take a little while to get use to the speed of the spin?

  • @86jody spin takes a bit of practice. Just keep at it and it'll become easier

  • Amazing! So graceful and beautiful. Well done ♥

  • This routine is so lovely - it has such a delicate quality to it. I've probably watched this video a million times already. Have you seen the Chinese pole version by Remi Martin? This is such an interesting song... I had been looking for a (non-Chinese) pole version for comparison and your interpretation is perfect. :)

  • @HollySatine thank u :) and yes i have. That's where i got the song from. He's amazing

  • you make pole dancing look like the art the way it should be done

  • That was awesome! Keep it up babe. x

  • Oh, my God... I need a spinning pole. Amazing!!!!

  • now that's talent.

  • Wow, this is the Second Video of yours i have watched and loved this song and the dance moves you choreographed, very enjoyable to watch and will now go watch some of your other videos

  • @BrittanyGoeddert Just started working out my legs and butt, feels like they need a lil more attention :)

    But it's mostly pole

  • this is my favourite routine of yours, i could watch this again and again. it´s soo beautiful!

  • nice you have learned some of the more complex pole dancer moves

  • WOW A - I hadn't seen this - this is awesome! Loved it :) Great job!

  • How do you keep from not getting dizzy?

And you what I'm thinking? This is almost like Cirque du Soleil's ribbon dances. They're graceful dances done in the sky while suspended from ribbons.

  • Just dropping by to see this a few more times again. =)

  • This was just beautiful! Subbed.

That was down right artistic. Bravo.

  • That was incredible (:

    you're very beautiful

  • this is beautifull!!!!!!!

    what the song please!!!?

  • @yonbox Thank you. Song is in the video title ;)

  • 2.27 .....wow!

  • You are very good. I know its not easy =) have a few questions do you use an xpole? and also how did you learn? did you take classes? or did you just teach yourself? thank you =)

  • @1989steffa Yes this is a 45mm xpole. I started with classes then self taught with the help of youtube.

  • THis is by far my favourite pole dance routine. Love the gracefulness .. the spinning part almost comparable to the one on figure skating! Is this impromptu or with practice?

  • @graceey82 Thank you. This is a choreographed routine, meaning i made and practiced the routine. My 'freestyle' vids are impromptu :)

  • THis is by far my favourite pole dance routine. Love the gracefulness .. the spinning part almost comparable to the one on figure skating!

  • So impressive! Do you do any strength exercises I could swipe? :)

  • @leonieh2208 My strengthening workout is my pole practice. Pull ups on the bar or on a pole are great exercises too.

  • Very nice!!! I have enjoyed your tutorial, though I hope u can do more intermediate moves and tricks! Keep it up!

  • that has to be a spinning pole! because no way is spinning that easy

  • @kymaiyah Yes it is. It's impossible to spin like this on a static pole

  • Whoa!

  • that was wonderful...how long have you been doing it...i took some classes and got a pole and was hype at first then stopped. You inspire me

  • @gleny26 it'll be three years this june

  • how did you.... oh my god

i wish i could do that.

  • @MrBlackPoppies you can :)

  • I think you are absolutley FANTASTIC.. Mesmorising!!! xx

  • КРУТА!!!

  • this is so amazing. you are like floating half the time. get it girl

  • @mhmthassright Thank you :)

  • @MissDirdyBirdy whoa! you are absolutely stunning and graceful... I love watching your videos. My sister is interested in pole dancing as well. And I'm even a hardcore guy! \m/

  • Just wanted to say you are really, really good and I love watching your videos. This routine was amazing. Mostly pole work and very little floor work.. you are SUPER strong! :) Please keep them coming! Your tutoials are excellent as well, the best i've seen. Very clear instruction and excellent break down of the moves. Please do more :)

  • Wow, your strength and gracefulness is just too amazing for words!! You are just a dope individual!!!

  • Amazing, put me in awe. lmao, saw this on my friends facebook post and said her new "hobbie". Never new something that derived from feeding the eyes of men turned into a beautiful hobby. Hope . . that did not sound negative. I'm all positive :]

  • this is beautiful

  • @michelle5444 Thank you! I love your work xx

  • I particularly enjoy your slower work. You are so graceful. Love the position of your hands... like a delicate barbie-doll. I'm new to pole and I have gained a whole new respect for the sport! It is so HARD, but I am 40-years-old! However, it is so rewarding, the pain and bruises are worth it. Do you get blisters on your hands too?

  • @misstricksee

Thank you :) It's very challenging but oh so worth it. I have many callouses on my hands. But i love them lol

  • If i ever attempt to do this, I would fall flat on my face or butt lol!

  • @AFiiiZZl3 Well u shouldn't try to attempt this to begin with lol

    Beginner moves first :)

  • This is really good!

  • Just wondering, but how long did it take for you to acquire the strength to be able to do all that climbing and what not?

  • @LoveHimeX3 I started mid 2008 :)

  • wooow ur a proffesional!

can you pls send me the song:( i cant find it nowhere!

    Mai's cousin;)

  • @thuhoan Which Mai? It's not on itunes. I downloaded this from limewire and bought a cd from a shop. Google it and see where u can get it from.

  • holy fucking shit. you did things that i didnt even think were humanly possible on that pole,.. and all in a tasteful manner :) you are amazing

  • There is a difference between poledancers and strippers who use poles. People always get them mixed up. I hate how theres always a negative connotation with poledancing. You're amazing. Keep on doing what you're doing.

  • amazing! i could tell you worked very hard to obtain such skill! o_o

  • amazing dancer i love watching your videos. do you get bruises from dancing? your legs looks flawless, i'm a beginner and i have bruises on my legs and between my thighs from climbing :p

  • @tequilasunbabe Yes, I still get bruises even now. But u get less after a while. Be proud of your bruises :)

  • @SailorTautou Pole dancing since 2008 and no dance or athletic background :)

  • I love it!

Gorgeous choreo and combos.I started playing on spinny mode and boy its tough!!

You make it look so easy!
