I'm going to be working at that hospital I mentioned with those same speaker/lights, but the panel is a Simplex 4100, and there are also some 4903 speaker/strobes in several areas.
Yup, that's the same alarm type they have as one of the main signals in Brockton Hospital in my city, incandescent light and everything (the other main type are the rectangular 4903 speaker/strobes). It's a huge Simplex 4100 voice-evac system replacing either a 2001 or 2120, and is only partly addressable (the areas with the 4903 speaker/strobes use addressable pulls and smokes, the rest of the hospital is conventional.)
@MrDamanster Same with my panel, plays a siren, but it skimped out on the message. I let it run for 20 minutes straight, but no message :( I paid a lot of money for that panel! And to have no message really got me upset. now i have to have a Simplex tech come in and program it again.
I got them from calvinet D O T C O M slash files slash simplextones. (Sorry, I had to thwart YouTube's URL prevention stupidity. I made the 4100U slow whoop by taking the old one, slowing it down, and adding some midrange. The chime tone is just a recording of me hitting my 2902-9234.

Did you have to use the panel?

The 4100U Slow Whoop is actually the star trek tone elongated and pitched down by 926 cents.
Voyage400 1 year ago
@Voyage400 That's pretty expensive. I thought it was more like 925 cents.

That is the same tone that is on my 4100U INFOAlarm panel

The siren part of it went off in my ear. There wasn't the voice and it was on a simplex truealert

The 2903's come in both incandescent light (night light bulb) and strobe versions (xenon flashtube). This one is an incandescent light.
