Love the album this Cure song is off. However, everyones ripping on this cover. But i think its good, its not a carbon copy. That being said, they should of chose one of the cures darker songs, lyrically for this style of music.

This is a good band but although they applied their own interpretation here, it's too prolonged and might have been better if the slow portion were no longer than a 30-45 second intro then into faster tempo. Given with 3 members and their choice of instruments it would be more difficult to account for the Cure's winning guitar, bass, and Rob Smith's vocal presence as the Cure wonderfully produced many years back.

This is actually my favourite from the 'Pictures of you' CD. I really like it and see it as a completely different song to the original. So I don't think it's necessary to prefer one to the other, or compare how close it is to the original. Just listen and enjoy them as two different pieces of music.

i'm suprised the big pink didnt cover a song from seventeen seconds, pornography or faith, still good though. i quite like how they kill off all the catchy hooks which robert smith puts in with his melodramatic vocal style

I like The Pig Pink so I'm slightly biased, the music is good on its own, nice droning dark wave, but the vocals seem plastered on top; as a cover it's pretty terrible akin to playing the original at the lowest speed of a 33 record.
