  • Nice video thanks. Can't wait to see an SX3 video as I just bought one of these.

  • @reefdiverted Thank you for kind comment. Photoshoot for SX3 video is done for ages, I simply don't have time to finish it. I wanted to put it on higher quality level and that takes loads of time unfortunately.

  • @Staudte2008 anytime. always feel free to ask :)

  • @Staudte2008 I can't compare it directly with B4 as I never had it.

I ran Losi XXX-CR and XFactory X6 before.

Compared to those two it's much more aggresive car in turns. It's very nice car in the air (due to being mid motor). It's slightly harder to get to work in looser conditions (less grip in rear), but you should be able to sort it out with some tuning parts and work on setup. From what I've seen on rctech.net guys are very happy with the car on high grip clay tracks.

  • @Staudte2008 No it doesn't have any. But you can still get some from other company if needed. Personally I'm not using servo savers in any car as I've got strong and fast servos and car feels more direct without it.

  • Nice kit,if that music was any longer,i was gonna have to shove an icepick in my ears.

  • @harrytyzard Thanks and yes I understand that. I'll try to make something more listenable. ;)

  • @o0oLdoubleLo0o Great to hear that you finished your build.

    I personally run SP combo - GT2.0 along with 8.5T V3 motor.

I like fact that they are smoother than two you suggest and that's very nice especially for 2wd.

  • @o0oLdoubleLo0o I run on loose dirt so it would be contraproductive for me to use it. As far as I know even drivers in UK doesn't use it. Anyway, best would be to check on your local track what other schuey drivers run to be sure what works best locally.

  • @o0oLdoubleLo0o well, screw is supposed to be free. Your thrust bearing with spring washers must stay in. Put in circlip (open it up so it won't be loose in the groove) and you're done with step 26B

  • awesome build..... thank you for sharing

  • @CLANKILLER007 I'm glad you like it.

  • So does the pre built one have a motor?

  • @Gusb135 As I said, it's only roller car. Schumacher doesn't make electronics and these are racing cars where people choose their equipment.

  • Does it come with a motor and an esc?

  • @Gusb135 No, it's roller car only.

But you can buy it pre-built or as kit.

  • What spare parts should I order?

  • @IIIReaperRacingIII well, honestly I haven't broken any plastic parts on it so far, but I recommend to buy titanium turnbuckles to replace std steel ones that are included in kit which are bit softer than I would like them to have and probably some idler gears that are mounted on side of gearbox (the 23 and 33 teeth gears). I would also buy some tuning parts such as springs, pistons. Those are things that came to my mind at the moment.

  • Great video of a great car, have you driven it yet and how do you like it?

    I love mine.....

    Greetings Hans

  • Awesome VIDEO!!! So nice to finally see a progression in the 10th 2wd world again.

    {ordering one right now}...

  • @devnull128 Nice, welcome in family :D

  • @42lochness only one race - at Euros warmup. Was good on wet track, need to play with weight distribution to have good low grip handling. It's very promising and don't want to go back to my previous 2wds.

  • Does the Cougar use a standard size servo or a short one?

  • @rcspeed4life Cougar can take both. I just had low profile servo nearby.

  • @42lochness Okay great. Thanks

  • @rcspeed4life no problem ;)

  • Very cool.

  • Great video..

  • @Minster68 glad you like it :D
