Can I ask, is there somewhere I can download all of this anime? I want to start making AMVs instead of my usual animashes and this video has given me the inspiration for one but I haven't got the clips and I don't really fancy spending hours downloading them all bit by bit through a youtube downloader...

@DArcbeetle Cheers but I am using iMovie currently for a K-On AMV and it is much more accurate than WMM. The problem with iMovie is that the timeline is difficult to manage and there is a lot more steps to take just to create a clip.

But still, the accuracy and quality of the video means more than just simply clicking and draging.

@rapidfire21 I suggest Vegas. You have to create your own clips, but you can edit in a similar fashion.

You can try to torrent a copy of Sony Vegas, or Adobe Premier, but they are quite complex. Of course if your video editing skills are high or you have enough patience, they can be amazing tools. A few AMV's out on youtube use those programs and look absolutely stunning.

Not my favorite AMV ever, but this vid gets mad respect for following two basic rules that not enough AMV makers seem follow: Timing and Mood.

The timing and mood of the video were very well done. It's a shame you're bound by the limitations of WMM. I'll give this 5 stars for the brillian effort.

It really is depressing, the original Tears for Fears version was a bit more tongue-in-cheek. From the sound it was more like looking at the world and laughing because of the hopelessness, the inability to change anything so all you could do was watch the different facits of the world decay and get a light giggle or find yourself going insane right along with it.

That said, love the vid, love the Jules cover, 5 stars and don't listen to the people that gripe rapidfire21, it's great.
