This is prob one of the rawest performances of what we get to see today in all his acoustic sets...this whole concert (wha'ts available of it) is such a perfect example of how his mood and personality created such unbelievable music at that time being a heavy drinker and all...sadly, and now gladly, it's pretty beautiful.

I'd say his voice is off, easily one half or less the power he had in soundgarden, this is when he changed his singing style"with coaching" to be easier on him. No falsetto, no high range, just groan, relied on chest voice and had far less head voice or natural range, just forced, atleast it's not scratch here "still sounds amazing"

Well im not sure if its off or not...just keep in mind the idea that an artist does go through phases and its not always the easiest thing to come back to a previous phase once setteled into a new one.

It can be a matter of mood quite often, if a singer isnt in the mood of the song they may not be able to give it the "all" they once could.

In regards to Morello and his guitar skills, he is a great guitarist. However, Chris Cornell created some of the most unique guitar driven songs that are paralelled by no other guitarist. All the while he is singing his matching lyrics with vocal ranges compared to the best singers of all time. Morello can probably guitar solo faster than Cornell but those kind of great gutarists are a dime a dozen. Cornell definately writes better guitar riffs and progressions.

Morello is unique in his own style, which is alright, but I am not a big fan of the monotone hiphop guitar sound. But as far as fast soloists go, there are alot of them. I was only sticking up for Chris. I was not trying to insult Morello.

This performance is perfect. What's more, the whole atmosphere is kinda dark with the blue color being so present. I think it's really symbolic to the whole Euphoria Morning era, exactly when this was filmed. He really sings like an angel; the end was phenomenal. He even reminds of Syd Barrett at certain moments.

In this video Chris is neither mimming nor is he lookin' like a ghost 'though if you look close he had a crush with eyeliner. The guy who shot this bootleg video was just way,way in the back of the hall. So the footage you are seeing is him filming the backdrop monitors, yes guys this show was taped professional and screened on the monitors in the back of the hall. Because sometimes you see the pictures switching from the monitors to actuall stage view, which is of course very far away.
