You are more graceful than some women I've worked with, but you seem to be walking too heavy on your heals. Walking down stair gracefully in heels is not easy, but it can be done by doing a slight plie while putting one foot directly in fron of the other. Think about extending your leg and then placing it down...also, you walk with your heels in, and your toes out....try pointing your toes in slightly. Keep working, your doing quite well.

Thanks for the advice. As a matter of fact, I just did another video coming down the stairs that might look better. I have not had the time to upload it and will not be able to do it in a while but I appreciate your kind and constructive critique. Sometimes, we CDs try to make our heels sound more as a confirmation that we are walking on women shoes LOL.

I guess that it is not the common way to do it and you are right in that it can look odd. Plus I have to admit that I put too much of my weight on the heels and is sounds like a stampede LOL
